If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Unopened products in original packaging, damaged or defective products, wrong item received, and products that don't match description.
Opened honey jars (due to food safety regulations), products returned after 7 days, and products damaged by misuse.
Step 1: Email info@alimentindia.com with your order number and reason. Step 2: We'll send a prepaid return label. Step 3: Pack securely and drop off. Step 4: Refund processed within 5-7 business days.
Online payments refunded to original method within 5–7 business days. COD orders refunded via bank transfer — please provide your bank details.
If you received a wrong flavor, we'll exchange it at no extra cost. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
For items damaged during shipping, send a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We'll dispatch a replacement within 2 business days at no cost.
