Ingredients
- • Paneer (cottage cheese): 150g (cut into 3cm cubes)
- • AlimentIndia Ginger Infused Honey: 1.5 tablespoons
- • Lemon juice: 1.5 tablespoons
- • Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- • Red chili powder: ½ teaspoon
- • Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon
- • Garam masala powder: ½ teaspoon
- • Coriander powder: ½ teaspoon
- • Rock salt: ¼ teaspoon
- • Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek): ¼ teaspoon (crushed)
- • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
For Marinading:
- 1 Mix honey, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste in bowl
- 2 Add all spice powders, kasuri methi, salt, olive oil
- 3 Mix well to make smooth marinade
- 4 Add paneer cubes, coat thoroughly
- 5 Marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator
For Cooking:
- 6 Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
- 7 Thread paneer cubes alternately with vegetables on skewers
- 8 Place on greased baking tray
- 9 Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning skewers halfway
- 10 Paneer should be light golden
For Sauce:
- 11 Mix yogurt with mint, coriander, lemon juice
- 12 Add honey, cumin, salt
- 13 Top with green chili
- 14 Serve as dipping sauce
