Ingredients

  • Paneer (cottage cheese): 150g (cut into 3cm cubes)
  • AlimentIndia Ginger Infused Honey: 1.5 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 1.5 tablespoons
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Coriander powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Rock salt: ¼ teaspoon
  • Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek): ¼ teaspoon (crushed)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

For Marinading:

  1. 1 Mix honey, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste in bowl
  2. 2 Add all spice powders, kasuri methi, salt, olive oil
  3. 3 Mix well to make smooth marinade
  4. 4 Add paneer cubes, coat thoroughly
  5. 5 Marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator

For Cooking:

  1. 6 Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
  2. 7 Thread paneer cubes alternately with vegetables on skewers
  3. 8 Place on greased baking tray
  4. 9 Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning skewers halfway
  5. 10 Paneer should be light golden

For Sauce:

  1. 11 Mix yogurt with mint, coriander, lemon juice
  2. 12 Add honey, cumin, salt
  3. 13 Top with green chili
  4. 14 Serve as dipping sauce
