Shipping and Delivery Policy

All products purchased from the website shall be delivered to the user by standard courier services by Aliment India via its logistics partners. All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best‑efforts basis, and while we will endeavor to deliver the products within the timelines indicated on the website (typically 4–5 working days for most pincodes within India), we disclaim any liability arising from reasonable delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

A nominal fee may be charged on all cash‑on‑delivery (COD) orders where this payment method is offered. The COD charge (if applicable) will be visible at checkout and in order‑related emails and will not be refunded if an item is returned or if a cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are usually processed and handed over to the courier within a reasonable period after payment confirmation, subject to successful online security checks, payment authorization, and packing of the order. An email or SMS confirmation will be sent for all orders once received, containing a summary and estimated delivery time to your location.

Serviceable Locations

Currently, deliveries are made only within the territorial boundaries of India to serviceable pincodes as indicated at checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will not be able to place an order for delivery to that address.

Delays and Liability

Sometimes, delivery may take longer than expected due to reasons including but not limited to bad weather, operational issues with our logistics partners, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where a delay is expected, we may, at our sole discretion, intimate you from time to time about such delay via email, SMS, or phone.

The website shall not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering the products including any damage or loss caused to the products arising from causes beyond our reasonable control.
