Ingredients

  • 4 slices Multigrain bread

 

  • 100g Zucchini

 

  • 150g Bell pepper

 

  • 100g Sweet potato

 

  • 80g Broccoli

 

  • 2 tbsp AlimentIndia Eucalyptus Tree Honey

 

  • 3 tbsp Fresh cream cheese

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Coat veggies with honey, oil, herbs, salt.
  1. 2 Roast for 18-20 minutes.
  1. 3 Toast bread until crispy.
  1. 4 Mix cream cheese with lemon and honey.
  1. 5 Spread cheese mixture on bread, layer roasted veggies.
  1. 6 Serve warm.
