Ingredients

  • 60g Whole wheat flour

 

  • 30g Besan (gram flour)

 

  • 100ml Curd

 

  • 2.5 tbsp AlimentIndia Ajwain Honey (divided)

 

  • 50ml Milk

 

  • ½ tsp Baking powder

 

  • ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder

 

  • 1 tbsp Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), chopped

 

  • Fruit toppings: Mango slices, pomegranate

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix flours, baking powder, salt, turmeric, cardamom in a bowl.ring to gentle boil.
  1. 2 Add curd, milk, and 1 tablespoon Ajwain Honey; whisk until smooth.
  1. 3 Fold in chopped methi leaves gently. Let batter rest for 3-4 minutes.
  1. 4 Heat griddle, apply ghee lightly. Pour 2-3 tablespoon batter per pancake.
  1. 5 Flip and cook until golden.
  1. 6 Top with fresh fruits and drizzle with remaining Ajwain Honey.
